What is the standard shipping & delivery timeUpdated a month ago

Our goal is to dispatch your order as promptly as we can. We typically send out all orders on the day they are received or the next business day at the latest. 

Delivery time in Norway 

Our standard shipping duration spans between 2-5 days, however, deliveries to the northern regions of Norway may take slightly longer. We use PostNord for domestic shipping and they will reach out to you via SMS or email to provide updates regarding your delivery. We do not deliver to Svalbard. 

Delivery time United States 

We use FedEx for all orders to the United States. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed from Monday and usually ship on Monday or Tuesday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. FedEx delivery typically takes an additional 1-2 business days.

Delivery time internationally 

We use DHL Express for our global orders, which typically arrive within 3-8 business days. This timeframe includes 1-3 days for order processing and an additional 2-5 days for shipping. Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, DHL will send an SMS detailing your delivery information and chosen delivery method.
