When you return products to us, we will process the return and refund you through the same payment method you used to purchase the products. 

If you paid using a gift card, the amount is refunded to the gift card first, and any remaining balance is returned to the additional payment method. This process is automatic and cannot be changed.

Please note that for warranty cases, refunds are issued in the form of vouchers. 

We aim to reimburse you as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of receiving the returned products.
