Return from different orders togetherUpdated a month ago

Each return package must contain only the items registered in the corresponding return form.

If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please register and send them separately, one package per order.

If you register items from the same order at different times, each package must be sent separately using the label provided during registration.

Only items registered for the return and sent with the corresponding return label can be processed for a refund. Unregistered or additional items will not qualify for a refund through our standard return process.
