A defective product at Non-stop dogwear refers to an item that shows deficiencies or faults due to production or material issues. To avail this warranty, you must submit a claim within two months of noticing the defect and provide proof of purchase.&#xA0;Please note, this limited warranty is only valid for the original buyer. The decision to repair or refund with a voucher remains at Non-stop dogwear&apos;s discretion.&#xA0;

What is a "defective" product?

Not covered by warranty is normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents, incorrect use, laundering, dogs chewing, fire, sharp edges (fences, rocks, skis etc.) and natural break down of colors and materials over time.&#xA0;However, if your product requires repair but is not covered by warranty, we highly recommend proceeding with a repair. Often, you can easily fix your product by replacing the damaged component with one of <a href="https://www.nonstopdogwear.com/en/accessories/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">our spare parts</a>.&#xA0;Feel free to consult a tailor, or get in touch with us for guidance on how to repair your product.&#xA0;

To process a warranty claim, we require a valid proof of purchase showing where and when the product was bought.
